The Senior Systems Engineer leads systems design, integration, testing, and deployment of packet-based hardware and software systems while providing technical leadership and maintaining system reliability.

Provide Tier 2/3 support for implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance and optimization of IT systems. Manage virtual, storage, server, network, and endpoint environments; perform capacity planning, incident escalation, and performance tuning. Communicate status to agency management and support database administration tasks as needed.

Lead end-to-end proposal development for federal, state, local, and commercial opportunities: analyze solicitations, create schedules and compliance matrices, coordinate SMEs and leadership, manage color team reviews, write and edit proposal content, oversee production and electronic submissions, maintain proposal libraries, and drive process improvements to increase win probability.

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems per requirements. Design, code, integrate, debug, and test software components; implement algorithms and database interfaces; document and improve development processes; lead small teams as needed.

Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for IT systems, manage infrastructure, configure UNIX and Windows systems, and optimize performance. Assist with CI/CD and manage Kubernetes applications.

The AI Engineer will collaborate with mission stakeholders to design AI/ML solutions, improve certification processes, and develop tools for vulnerability identification. Responsibilities include data processing and LLM integration.

The Signals Software Engineer develops and enhances signal processing software, conducts testing, resolves issues, and ensures adherence to design requirements in support of federal government projects.
