Support mechanical engineering projects from concept through construction: perform calculations and code research, develop models and construction documents in Revit, conduct site verifications and construction administration, perform QA/QC and peer reviews, mentor team members, and lead projects as Engineer of Record when assigned.

Manage day-to-day U.S. payroll administration for multi-state operations, ensure accurate processing and tax compliance, audit payroll data and timesheets, support payroll-related reporting, collaborate with HR and accounting, and assist with projects such as 401(k) audits.

Provide administrative support to the Accounting team in an AEC firm: manage project filing, process data entry and invoicing in Vantage/Deltek, handle COI and DocuSign document processes, follow up with clients on payments, assist month-end close and AR calls, and perform miscellaneous accounting and contract support tasks.

In this role, you'll maintain a professional office environment, support operations, manage meetings, handle mail, and assist with proposals and CRM data.

Lead mechanical engineering projects across the full lifecycle as Engineer of Record, coordinating HVAC, plumbing, controls, load calculations, equipment selection, commissioning, site assessments, mentoring staff, and ensuring technical accuracy, budget control, and sustainable design.
