Provide executive-level administrative support and marketing coordination: manage calendars, travel, expense reporting, meeting materials, SharePoint records, vendor coordination, invoice processing, budget tracking, event logistics, and departmental projects while maintaining confidentiality and cross-department collaboration.

Manage day-to-day execution of national integrated advertising and communications campaigns. Oversee asset management and DAM organization, creative routing and approvals, project plans and timelines, vendor and agency coordination, budget tracking, and quality control to ensure brand consistency across paid, owned, and earned channels. Drive workflow improvements and cross-functional alignment with Retail, Legal, Product, and executive stakeholders.

Support regulatory affairs and certification for vehicle safety: manage safety compliance submissions and consumer ratings, monitor regulations and emerging technologies, benchmark competitors, coordinate and witness safety testing, liaise with agencies and industry groups (NHTSA, IIHS, NTSB, AAI), advise Mitsubishi on regulatory strategy and rulemaking, and prepare timely work products and recommendations.

Manage end-to-end administration of the corporate vehicle and fleet lease program, including vehicle procurement, registration, titling, maintenance compliance, lease administration, expense processing, budgeting support, and off-lease remarketing. Coordinate with internal teams, dealerships, DMVs, and third-party providers to ensure compliance, cost control, accurate reporting, and process improvements for a multi-state fleet.

Lead MMNA's paid media strategy and agency relationships, manage media budgets, plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns, measure performance, and develop a small media team while aligning media investments to business and vehicle priorities.
