Advises litigation practices on legal technology innovation by mapping litigation workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and building AI-enabled workflows, prompt libraries, automations, and custom workspaces in platforms such as Harvey. Partners with lawyers, IT, Knowledge Management, and vendors to pilot, implement, train, and drive adoption of solutions. Uses usage data to measure engagement and ROI while monitoring emerging legal technology trends.

Supports business development and marketing initiatives for the firm's Advisory and Tax Practices. Responsibilities include preparing RFP responses and presentations, managing events and social campaigns, developing marketing content, conducting competitive research, maintaining league table submissions and matter databases, tracking pipeline activity, and updating lawyer profiles. The role requires strong communication, organization, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Advises finance practices on legal technology innovation by mapping transactional workflows, identifying process improvements, and building GenAI workflows, prompt libraries, automations, and custom workspaces in platforms such as Harvey. Partners with lawyers, IT, Knowledge Management, and Practice Technology teams to prototype, implement, train, and drive adoption of legal technology solutions. Uses stakeholder feedback and usage data to prioritize initiatives, support change management, and inform technology strategy.

Leads execution, adoption, and sustained implementation of legal technology and AI innovation initiatives across a global law firm. Translates strategy into workplans, coordinates Innovation, Technology, KM, LPM, Operations, vendors, and practice groups, manages change and training, tracks adoption and outcomes, reports insights to leadership, and supervises team members. Requires at least six years delivering technology-enabled change in complex professional services environments, legal technology and AI expertise, and strong leadership and project management skills.

Manages business development and marketing initiatives for litigation practices, including annual business plans, budgets, client targeting, campaigns, events, competitive intelligence, CRM data, proposals, pitches, marketing materials, lawyer bios, directory submissions, and thought leadership. Supports lateral lawyer integration, coordinates training, supervises junior staff, analyzes staffing and budgets, and improves workflows while partnering with attorneys and firm leadership.
