Lead technical authority for spacecraft EMI/EMC: set system- and unit-level EMC requirements, define grounding/bonding/shielding/filtering architectures, drive MIL-STD-461 and GSFC-7000 qualification, perform pre-compliance analysis, diagnose EMI issues, develop test capability and procedures, and establish EMI/EMC standards and mentorship across programs through production and launch.

As a Propulsion/Fluids Production Engineer, you will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for propulsion and fluid systems, ensuring efficient production and compliance with standards while collaborating with engineering teams.

As an Avionics Production Engineer, you'll develop and optimize production processes for avionics and oversee the manufacturing of hardware components for spacecraft systems.

Support buildout and operation of a propulsion test facility: requirements and trade studies, CAD and P&ID support, pressure and structural analysis, procurement and fabrication oversight, installation and commissioning, and test operations including data acquisition, test execution, and post-test reporting. Early-career role with hands-on hardware and cross-functional responsibilities.

Lead definition and development of propulsion test-stand requirements and facility capabilities. Perform trade studies, specify infrastructure, review designs and P&IDs, support safety analyses, commission test operations, engage vendors, and manage propulsion test programs through buildout and early operations.

Lead the planning and execution of aerospace hardware test campaigns including requirements verification, procedure development, data collection and analysis, anomaly/failure investigation, and test director responsibilities. Interface with leadership, customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies, author test documentation, ensure safety and standards compliance, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead mechanical design of avionics electronics enclosures from concept through qualification. Optimize mass, perform structural and thermal analysis, produce GD&T drawings and BOMs, iterate rapid prototypes, collaborate with electrical teams, support integration and environmental testing, and maintain design and test documentation.

Develop and optimize production processes for spacecraft mechanical structures, ensuring efficient manufacturing and integration while collaborating with engineering teams.

Lead design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of a hypergolic propellant test stand and associated ground systems. Develop detailed mechanical designs, P&IDs, CAD models, structural and pressure analyses, procurement/fabrication packages, and safety/compliance documentation. Oversee vendor qualification, acceptance testing, and operational test support while ensuring regulatory and hazard controls for toxic propellant handling.

Own supplier quality systems including SCAR, RCCA, NCR, PPAP/FAIR, and supplier audits. Use statistical tools (SPC, Cp/Cpk, Gage R&R, DOE) and root-cause methods to drive corrective actions, verify effectiveness, and partner with engineering to ensure flight-quality hardware. Travel to suppliers as needed and support disposition and production release decisions.
