We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly accountable problem solver who can bring structure to complex, multi-location asset data and build strong partnerships across the organization. If you thrive in an environment where you can identify gaps, improve processes, establish effective controls, and take ownership of accurate financial and operational information, this role is for you.

- Partner with Facilities, Operations, Procurement, Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and other departments to track transfers, disposals, and changes in status.

- Review fixed asset transactions for compliance with capitalization thresholds, useful-life guidelines, approval requirements, and internal controls.
- Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of capital expenditures and depreciation expense.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of fixed asset modules within True Anomaly’s ERP or accounting systems.
- Support the accounting, tracking, and control of government-furnished property or customer-owned property, as applicable.
- Perform other accounting, reporting, and finance-related duties as assigned.
