Responsibilities include customer presentations, vendor coordination, partner-product consultation, resource estimation, technical documentation, infrastructure design, troubleshooting, and mentoring team members. The role requires strong leadership, communication, project management, and IT infrastructure expertise, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of relevant experience.
