Leads technical diligence and investment strategy for emerging AI and machine learning technologies supporting Intelligence Community and Department of Defense partners. Identifies AI/ML investment areas, evaluates startups and mission applications, negotiates Statements of Work, oversees technology development efforts, assesses deliverables, and guides AI architecture and adoption strategies. Presents technical recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders while addressing AI security, production deployment, and long-term mission readiness.
