Leads onsite customer operations and call center performance across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses. Responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, conversion, service levels, staffing, productivity, quality assurance, reporting, payroll, compliance, training, and performance management. The role drives AI and automation adoption, analyzes KPIs, improves operational efficiency, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and senior leadership to enhance customer experience and support business growth.

Leads and develops contact center agents, manages coaching, performance, escalations, staffing, service levels, booking conversion, and customer experience. Oversees workforce coverage, reporting, routing configurations, payroll through ADP, compliance, and process improvements. Partners with dispatch, sales, field operations, and general management to improve customer retention, operational effectiveness, and service outcomes across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service teams.

Qualify inbound leads, schedule appointments with decision-makers, maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate communication between customers and sales or service teams, conduct follow-ups through phone, text, and email, and meet performance KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and follow-up efficiency.

Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners, assess backup power needs, recommend residential standby generators, prepare proposals and financing options, educate customers, and close sales. The role requires building relationships, maintaining a sales pipeline, meeting performance goals, explaining technical concepts clearly, and coordinating with installation and operations teams. Candidates should have in-home sales experience, preferably in home services or related industries, strong presentation and negotiation skills, technology proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

Follows up with customers who previously declined quoted plumbing, heating, air conditioning, or electrical services. Explains offerings, applies approved pricing and discounts, closes sales by phone, and schedules projects. The role requires meeting call and sales quotas, identifying customer needs, communicating clearly, maintaining organization, and delivering strong customer service. This is an office-based position in Manassas, Virginia, with base salary, uncapped commission, bonuses, and benefits.
