Responsibilities include building and developing the engineering team, designing and optimizing production processes, planning capacity, commissioning equipment, developing automation strategies, supporting plant startup, and driving lean continuous improvement. The role partners with operations, quality, supply chain, suppliers, and engineering teams while ensuring equipment reliability, production scalability, safety, and alignment with established company standards.

The Senior Accountant owns month-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, credit card accounting, sales and use tax filings, and balance sheet accounts.
