Leads product design engineering projects from requirements through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, and manufacturing. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, change control, milestones, KPIs, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards while influencing teams without direct authority.

Manages and grows strategic customer relationships in the distribution transformer industry. Develops account plans, identifies revenue opportunities, negotiates contracts and pricing, presents business reviews, resolves customer issues, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations. Monitors market trends and competitor activity while serving as a trusted customer advisor. Requires travel to customer sites and industry events up to 50%.

Leads concurrent engineering, operations, and manufacturing projects from requirements gathering through delivery. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, change control, KPIs, stakeholder communications, procurement coordination, vendor relationships, and project reporting. The role also supports training, PMO best practices, and team development while ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

Administers employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement, leave, wellness, enrollments, terminations, and modifications. Responds to employee inquiries through a ticketing system, maintains benefits documentation, prepares communications and reports, supports HRIS data accuracy, and assists with open enrollment, health fairs, and other benefits projects.
