Design high-performing marketing creatives across social, paid ads, landing pages, email, and print. Produce motion graphics, iterate on performance-driven tests, own execution, and maintain brand consistency while collaborating with marketing teams.

Work as an entry-level product manager on a healthcare startup team: research, organize, test ideas, produce and ship features, partner with designers, engineers and clinicians, keep projects on track, and learn core PM skills (specs, data, user research). In-person in Redwood City, hybrid 3 days/week.

Own technical product initiatives from ideation through execution, using SQL, dashboards, and user behavior data to define metrics and optimize the user funnel and internal systems. Translate operational requirements into technical product specifications, align engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, launch features, and iterate based on performance data and feedback. Provide proactive legal counsel to Product and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle, implement privacy-by-design, lead privacy assessments (including AI features), draft and maintain user-facing product legal documents, advise on data-sharing/vendor integrations and ad/marketing compliance, and build playbooks to scale product operations while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and application platform to enable rapid deployments, troubleshoot incidents, design self-healing systems, join on-call rotation, and support product and data engineers with observability and networking expertise.
