As a Data Analyst at Solace, you will drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, build scalable analytics systems, and communicate data insights to help the business scale effectively.

Manage and coach a shift-based customer experience team supporting clients and advocates across phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, gather and report feedback, implement solutions, and improve processes to deliver world-class support in a fast-moving startup healthcare environment.

Provide high-trust executive support to Co-Founders and C-suite: manage complex calendars, communications, travel, meetings, agendas, note-taking, action tracking, and cross-functional coordination while building systems to increase executive productivity.

Own conversion optimization across the patient funnel: design, launch, and analyze experiments in Webflow and Statsig; recruit and interview patients for qualitative insights; collaborate with product, design, data, and channel managers; maintain a prioritized CRO backlog; translate results into actionable recommendations to improve CTRs, booking rates, and show rates.

Lead conversion rate optimization across landing pages, intake flows, and pre-visit touchpoints. Design, run, and analyze experiments in Statsig and Webflow, conduct qualitative user research, collaborate with product/data/design/channel teams, maintain a prioritized CRO backlog, and translate findings into actionable improvements to increase CTRs, booking rates, and show rates.

Lead end-to-end video production and post workflows: plan and run shoots nationwide, manage crews/vendors/budgets, coordinate stakeholder feedback, track projects in Linear, and ensure delivery quality and specs while protecting sensitive subject stories.

Lead and coach a team of product designers while remaining hands-on. Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and user experiences, establish design systems and standards, contribute to complex initiatives, and scale hiring and onboarding to strengthen design culture.

The Data Scientist will build predictive models, drive forecasting, design experiments, and translate findings for stakeholders, optimizing healthcare operations.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across macOS, Windows, and mobile; manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, IAM and MDM systems; maintain hardware inventory and licenses; support Slack/Zoom and office network/A/V; document procedures and collaborate with Security.

Lead and grow a 4–6 person data science team, set the roadmap, deliver marketplace forecasting and production ML (matching, scoring), embed data science cross-functionally, and establish modeling, experimentation, and monitoring best practices.
