Develops new business and expands Realtor and joint venture partnerships for title and escrow services. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, client-specific growth planning, pipeline and CRM management, sales target achievement, industry networking, and advising partners on title and escrow products. The role requires strong relationship management, negotiation, presentation, and knowledge of title insurance, real estate, and regulatory requirements. Quarterly regional travel is required.

Oversee mortgage compliance, licensing, renewals, NMLS filings, continuing education, policies, training, advertising reviews, regulatory monitoring, audits, and examinations. Advise leadership and mortgage professionals on federal and state requirements, licensing, disclosures, compensation, referrals, fair lending, privacy, AML/BSA, and information security. Support new-state expansion, regulatory submissions, risk mitigation, and cross-functional compliance initiatives.

Lead backend architecture and implementation for Java Spring microservices, validate and own AI-assisted code, mentor engineers, collaborate with product to deliver features, and drive technical excellence and scalable, test-covered systems.
