The Senior Technical Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, build pipelines, mentor teammates, and advise on recruiting strategies at Harvey.

Manage and scale a team of Legal Engineer/Product Specialists to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion. Engage with strategic accounts, coach through complex implementations, build playbooks and scalable processes, partner cross-functionally to influence product roadmap, and measure team performance to ensure customer value realization.

Partner with law firms and in-house legal teams to drive adoption of Harvey's AI platform through onboarding, training, enablement, executive engagement, usage monitoring, and product feedback. Support expansion and renewals, create customer-facing materials, and translate legal workflows into product improvements to maximize customer value.

Lead and coach a team of SMB Account Executives selling Harvey's AI platform to law firms and legal teams in the Chicago region. Own territory planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue execution. Drive disciplined sales processes (MEDDPIC or similar), participate as a player‑coach on strategic deals, and establish a high-performance local sales cadence to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Build and lead a creative operations function: manage producers, intake, resourcing, tooling, vendor relationships, budgets, playbooks, and cross-functional collaboration to increase predictability and creative quality.

Work with in-house legal teams to identify workflow pain points, design tailored product demonstrations, and translate legal work into practical Harvey solutions. Serve as customer advocate to inform product roadmap and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing to drive adoption of AI-powered legal workflows.
