The GRC Manager will establish and lead security governance and compliance programs, manage audits, develop policies, and work cross-functionally to ensure compliance with standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Lead partner-focused product marketing to shape partner narratives, create technical content, build enablement and sales collateral, and run joint go-to-market campaigns. Respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, set introductory meetings, manage and document pipeline, influence product roadmap, identify high-potential verticals, execute outbound strategies, and represent Baseten at industry events.

Own revenue recognition under ASC 606, end-to-end billing, contract review, sales and indirect tax, monthly close, reporting, and audit deliverables. Partner with Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, and FP&A to structure deals, automate billing workflows, resolve disputes, and ensure accurate revenue treatment across usage-based, committed-capacity, credit, and multi-year contracts.

Lead and scale Baseten’s internal IT: manage a team, build helpdesk SLAs, implement zero-touch automation, run SaaS procurement, own device lifecycles, and deploy AI-enabled IT workflows.

Build Baseten's procurement function: design company-wide procurement processes, policies, and workflows; implement P2P tooling and reporting; manage vendor onboarding, RFPs, sourcing, negotiations, and vendor risk; partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, and IT; and establish controls for audit and SOX readiness.

Own and harden Baseten's marketing tech stack (ESP, CRM, tracking, forms, connectors). Build inbound defenses, enforce data integrity, implement lead scoring/routing/attribution, systematize intake and web request processes, partner with RevOps/Data/Sales, and build or implement custom and AI-powered automation to keep marketing systems reliable and scalable.

The Senior Product Engineer will design and implement features for a training platform, working through the tech stack and collaborating with research engineers to enhance model development and user experiences.

Drive partner ecosystem marketing by shaping partner narratives, creating content (blogs, white papers, solution briefs, case studies), building enablement and sales playbooks, executing co-marketing GTM campaigns with partners, managing partner marketing calendars, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, DevRel, growth, events, and sales teams.
