Build Anterior’s People function and distinctive company culture as it scales from 40 to 50+ employees. Own performance reviews, feedback, development, onboarding, compensation, leveling, workforce planning, hiring strategy, recruiting partners, talent pipelines, employer branding, ATS operations, automation, funnel metrics, and candidate experience. Partner closely with founders, leadership, Marketing, Engineering, and hiring managers while personally executing the work.

The Technical Solutions Architect will design and deliver solutions for enterprise customers, manage integrations, and coordinate across teams, all while ensuring effective execution and project management.

Lead end-to-end deployments of Anterior's AI clinical platform into payer organizations: translate clinical policy and legacy systems into engineering requirements, design workflows and tests, coordinate cross-functional teams, build consensus with client stakeholders, and ensure successful launch and adoption.
