Build and maintain customer relationships, process and enter quotations and orders accurately, provide pricing/inventory/delivery information, support outside sales and warehouse teams, upsell to meet sales targets, and ensure orders are executed and communicated properly.

Manage customer accounts, collect overdue payments, maintain AR records, perform credit analysis, resolve billing discrepancies, process payments and credit notes, support month-end close and improve cash flow.
