Manage daily IT operations and service availability at a manufacturing site. Oversee infrastructure, networks, servers, endpoints, communications, business applications, monitoring, maintenance, escalation processes, and production-critical systems. Enforce corporate IT security standards, lead the site MIS/IT team, coordinate vendors, and ensure reliable support for ERP, MES, WMS, QMS, and related manufacturing applications.

Leads industrial engineering for new plant setup, capacity planning, line balancing, process optimization, MES/SFCS implementation, Lean and automation integration, and cross-regional manufacturing standardization. Oversees OEE, budgeting, staffing, technical roadmaps, quality reviews, continuous improvement, and engineering team leadership. Requires extensive large-scale manufacturing experience, greenfield plant setup or global operations expertise, and strong cross-functional and cross-cultural leadership.

Supports wireless network validation and verification through LTE and 5G NR field testing. Assists with system integration, customer requirement and feedback analysis, issue diagnosis, feature validation, and performance optimization while collaborating with senior engineers.

Lead strategic customer relationships and account growth for wireless networking product lines (switching, routers, SD-WAN, 4G/5G). Drive revenue and margin, develop account plans, manage RFQ/RFP processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and identify new business across SMB, consumer networking, cloud, security, and health tech sectors.

The Customer Engineer will collaborate with R&D and QA teams to design, optimize, and support DOCSIS CPE, analyze network issues, and provide technical support, while also engaging with customers and vendors for feedback.
