Job Description
1. Production Fixture Maintenance and Management: - Regularly inspect and maintain production fixtures to ensure their proper operation. - Adjust and calibrate fixtures according to production requirements. 2. Troubleshooting and Repair: - Promptly address fixture malfunctions during the production process to ensure uninterrupted production. - Analyze the causes of failures, propose improvement suggestions, and implement repair solutions. 3. Fixture Design and Improvement: - Participate in the design and improvement of fixtures based on product requirements. - Collaborate with the engineering department to optimize fixture design, enhancing production efficiency and product quality. 4. Equipment Management and Record Keeping: - Establish and maintain a fixture management ledger to record maintenance and usage status. - Regularly update technical documents and operation manuals for fixtures. 5. Training and Technical Support: - Provide training for production operators on fixture usage and maintenance. - Offer technical support and resolve technical issues encountered during production. 6. Safety and Compliance: - Ensure the use of fixtures complies with safety and environmental regulations. - Participate in safety inspections and risk assessments related to fixtures.Education
