Manages all financial aspects of a 24/7 manufacturing plant, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, variance and profitability analysis, inventory reporting, expense control, financial compliance, audits, and risk mitigation. Partners with plant leadership and department heads to analyze production costs, identify savings opportunities, evaluate investments, and improve operational performance. Provides financial insights for strategic decision-making while maintaining an effective control environment.

Serves as an HR site leader for a manufacturing facility, supporting employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, engagement, workforce planning, HRIS administration, reporting, and continuous improvement. Partners with managers and leadership on headcount, budgets, talent development, succession planning, investigations, and employment-law compliance. Supports a 24/7 operation and may work off-hours or weekends as needed.

Supports brand growth strategies, annual operating plans, forecasting, and performance tracking. Analyzes consumer, category, customer, competitive, pricing, promotion, and sales data using syndicated and internal business intelligence sources. Leads cross-functional innovation, renovation, productivity, and commercialization initiatives. Helps execute integrated consumer, shopper, retail, digital, and eCommerce marketing programs while coordinating with agencies, supporting customer meetings, and optimizing post-launch performance.

Lead design and delivery of training programs to improve plant productivity. Assess needs, develop content, maintain training systems, support CI/lean initiatives, train-the-trainer, oversee standard work, and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Perform high-volume accounts payable tasks including invoice validation/indexing, exception resolution, payment processing (ACH/EFT, voids, stops), reconciliations, EDI/VIM exception handling, vendor payment support, and process improvements while collaborating across teams.

The Controls Automation Engineer will resolve automation issues, develop best practices, assist in design and implementation of automation in food processing lines, and mentor others.

Drive month-end close and financial statement preparation, perform journal entries, account analysis and reconciliations, support budgeting, audits, SOX compliance, capital and profitability projects, maintain accounting systems/ERP integration, and provide analytical support to Plant Finance, Controllership, Shared Services, Engineering, and Operations reporting.
