Join White Cap's Accelerated Sales Program to train as an outside Account Manager. Participate in classroom and on-the-job training, develop account plans, sell products, build customer and supplier relationships, ride along with experienced reps, enter/process orders, and perform other assigned duties. Role requires frequent vehicle use and an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Manage supply chain optimization initiatives across multiple teams, drive data-driven decision making, mentor staff, and implement efficiency improvements.

Lead and support corporate tax accounting and compliance, including ASC 740 calculations, federal/state/foreign tax return preparation, estimated payments, technical tax research, M&A integration, tax planning, process improvement, and management of tax professionals.

Receive, count, store, pack/unpack, and mark inventory; record receiving data in company systems; identify shortages or shipping errors; communicate with vendors; deliver items to designated areas; file purchase orders and track late deliveries. Perform other assigned warehouse duties.

Process orders across phone, email, text, and counter; manage pricing within guidelines; coordinate non-stock procurement and logistics; handle payments; recommend product alternatives; maintain transaction records; ensure service commitments and train junior associates.

Participate in a 6–12 month accelerated outside sales training program to learn products, vendors, and sales skills; prepare and execute account plans; sell White Cap products and value proposition; enter and process customer orders; perform ride-alongs with sales leaders; operate a company or personal vehicle (MVR required).

Manage accurate order processing across phone, email, text, and counter channels; handle pricing, procurement, and payments; resolve escalated customer issues; recommend product alternatives; mentor junior associates and provide pricing guidance to meet margin goals.

Partner with business analysts and engineers to gather requirements and translate them into system and application architecture blueprints. Design and oversee high-availability application infrastructures, align infrastructure and application roadmaps, evaluate emerging technologies, and document solutions with processes for support and maintenance.
