Process orders across multiple channels, manage pricing and non-stock procurement, handle payments, resolve escalations, maintain transaction records, mentor junior associates, and support operational excellence.

Drive regional trade expansion and sales for masonry and civil/sitework products by identifying projects, building contractor/engineer relationships, coordinating with field teams and suppliers, developing business plans, supporting bids/specifications, delivering technical presentations and training, and ensuring profitable execution of strategic initiatives.
