Lead sourcing projects, develop and execute category strategies, manage supplier relationships and cost-savings initiatives for medical supplies/equipment. Oversee Strategic Sourcing Specialists, collaborate with clinical and technical stakeholders, ensure compliance, KPI reporting, and drive supply chain value and sustainability.

Perform data-driven sourcing and procurement analyses to identify cost savings, manage large datasets, build advanced Excel models, and present executive-level recommendations. Support supplier negotiations, contract optimization, and cross-departmental sourcing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and value.

Coordinate communication and collaboration between Strategic Sourcing, Operations, and stakeholders to streamline processes, allocate resources, and support departmental initiatives. Support the Supply Chain AVP in executing goals, analyze options, solve operational issues, and ensure high customer and patient-centered service levels.
