Develops business travel and group sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and market share. The manager prospects for corporate and group accounts, manages RFPs, re-engages previous clients, grows existing accounts, conducts outside sales calls, and builds customer relationships through networking, appointments, site inspections, and industry events.

Drives corporate group revenue for a resort by prospecting, closing new business, managing key accounts, negotiating rates and contracts, conducting site visits, and tracking sales activity in CRM systems. Analyzes market trends, forecasts pipeline performance, and partners with Revenue Management, Marketing, Events, and Operations to optimize packages and deliver seamless guest experiences. Represents the resort at industry events and may serve as Manager on Duty.

Drive hotel revenue through proactive sales, relationship management, and strategic account development. Identify and close new business, grow existing accounts, use CRM and market data to create action plans, produce forecasts and reports, conduct site visits and presentations, collaborate with Revenue/Marketing/Operations, and serve as primary contact for assigned accounts while acting as Manager on Duty as assigned.
