Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Program Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital,
  • Support membership and brand awareness initiatives, ensuring accurate communication with partners, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Help coordinate marketing projects such as collateral production, e-newsletters, and photoshoots.
  • Manage and curate contact lists for partners, influencers, and clients.

Email Marketing

  • Maintain and organize the email marketing database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy guidelines.
  • Create, schedule, and support the distribution of email newsletters and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and assist in reporting on results to optimize future campaigns.

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Draft and schedule marketing emails, social media posts, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with creative partners (photographers, videographers, designers) to source and organize visual assets.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure campaigns are executed on time.
  • Support influencer campaigns and partnerships to expand brand visibility.

Event Support

  • Assist with the promotion and execution of events, including ticket sales, social media campaigns, and on-site logistics.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth event marketing and delivery.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and compile weekly/monthly marketing reports.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in analyzing KPIs, engagement, reach, and ROI across social and paid media.
  • Research competitive marketing initiatives, trends, and strategies to keep the team informed.

Community Engagement & Reputation Support

  • Monitor social channels, assist with guest responses, and escalate important feedback to the Marketing Manager.
  • Use social listening tools to track brand conversations, competitor activity, and engagement opportunities.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications (hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle industry experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Basic experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar) preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for brand voice.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate content ideas and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10–15% annually) to support hotel properties and events.

SALARY: $22-25 per hour
