Reviews product and technical data for import/export classifications, administers trade compliance audits, responds to customs and government inquiries, researches regulatory requirements, and manages compliance programs, process improvements, training, communications, and audit readiness.

Manage and enhance Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports. Provide technical support by troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, monitoring performance, managing upgrades, and maintaining user access. Support reliable service delivery and continuous improvement across the organization while applying ITIL processes, JavaScript, and ServiceNow customization expertise.

Manage and grow customer accounts within an assigned territory, conduct customer meetings to provide business solutions, and deliver excellent customer service with sales support. The role includes extensive training and mentorship, requires a bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license, and offers a starting salary of $65,000–$70,000 annually.
