Develops commercial lending and deposit business, manages client portfolios, underwrites and structures loans, evaluates creditworthiness, ensures regulatory and documentation compliance, prices banking products, and builds relationships with clients and community contacts. Reviews credit underwriting memorandums, loan structures, borrower financial statements, and hedge proposals; prepares marketing materials and financial reports; partners with commercial lenders; verifies hedge documentation and closing accuracy; manages sales pipeline communication and customer relationships. Extensive travel by car and airplane may be required.

Processes ARC capital markets transactions accurately across systems, including account setup, loan setup, trade tickets, settlements, and principal and interest payments.
