Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Board Liaison and partially supports the Healing Hands Foundation Director. Responsibilities include complex scheduling and travel coordination, executive correspondence, meeting logistics, records management, expense tracking, communications, and special project support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Design, administer, and improve compensation programs (base pay, incentives, differentials). Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, equity reviews, audits, and data analysis. Advise HR, recruiting, and leaders on pay decisions and compliance; prepare reports and presentations.

The Project Coordinator supports project management by maintaining tracking systems, coordinating meetings, managing resources, and ensuring project success.

Lead system-wide organizational development initiatives to strengthen workforce capability, culture, leadership development, change management, and performance. Partner with leaders and HR to assess organizational health, design OD interventions, deliver training and coaching, develop metrics, and provide on-site support across geographically dispersed SEARHC communities.
