Serve as technical sales and applications rep for industrial metrology products in a designated territory. Build customer/distributor/OEM relationships, develop sales opportunities, provide technical guidance, manage territory schedule and CRM, travel extensively (~75%), communicate customer needs to product development, and meet sales targets.

The Software Application Engineer provides technical support, installs software, trains customers, and develops solutions for Renishaw machine tools, requiring significant travel.

Manage sales of Renishaw metrology products across the Central US territory through account management and new business development. Support OEMs, distributors, end users; deliver product demonstrations and presentations; maintain CRM and book of business; establish and achieve sales targets; grow customer relationships and pursue new opportunities.

Provide technical CMM and gauging support to customers: develop and optimize MODUS/DMIS inspection programs, troubleshoot probing/fixturing/correlation issues, run feasibility studies, support sales demos and project scoping, train customer personnel, and assist during startup and production ramp-up.

Provide technical application support for CMM and gauging systems: develop and optimize MODUS/DMIS inspection programs, troubleshoot measurement and fixturing issues, run proof-of-concept studies, support sales demos and project scoping, train customer personnel, and assist customers through startup and production ramp-up.

Provide technical support and develop CMM inspection solutions: analyze measurement requirements, create and optimize MODUS and DMIS programs, troubleshoot probing/fixturing issues, support startup and production ramp-up, assist sales with demonstrations and scoping, and train customers on CMM operation and metrology best practices.

Provide technical and commercial support for Renishaw machine tool products: install and commission on CNC machines, develop hardware/software solutions, generate/install software, train customers and staff, support sales/marketing and trade shows, and work with UK product development to introduce new products. Role involves extensive travel from Cincinnati.
