Second-line Technology Risk Manager responsible for overseeing and challenging first-line technology and cyber risk activities, supporting ORM and risk governance, performing assessments (RCSA/REV/ROC), ensuring audit and regulatory readiness, identifying mitigation opportunities, and coaching team members.

Lead workforce analytics strategy and team to deliver data-driven HR insights across the employee lifecycle. Partner with HR and business leaders to prioritize use cases, build predictive models, govern data access and quality, create self-service tools and executive summaries, and drive adoption of analytics through coaching and change leadership.

Lead development and enhancement of investment products for intermediary clients (ETFs, model portfolios, SMAs). Conduct market research, fee and profitability analysis, manage approvals and cross-functional implementation, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver competitive, compliant product solutions.

Provide high-level administrative and project support for leadership: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare expenses and presentations, support department operations and events, handle communications, mentor other admins, and act with discretion and judgment in a fast-paced corporate environment.
