Investigates and resolves variances, maintains accounting controls, collaborates with Finance and Client Service teams, and supports business projects. Drives automation, standardization, and continuous improvement while analyzing large datasets and ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Supports corporate actuarial valuation activities for GAAP and Statutory reserves, including LDTI analysis. Develops, improves, operates, validates, and documents actuarial models; prepares reports and communicates findings to management. Participates in scoped projects, supports business controls, mentors junior staff and interns, and maintains actuarial credentials.

Lead the sales consulting organization for wealth management products, driving advisor adoption, program growth, sales, and net flows. Develop sales leaders and consultants, establish performance routines, oversee registered sales personnel as a principal, analyze pipelines and territories, align internal and external sales teams, manage budgets and reporting, and represent the business at industry forums. The role requires deep investment-product expertise, executive presence, and approximately 25% to 35% travel.

The Senior Risk & Safety Analyst supports risk management functions, including risk transfer programs and safety compliance, utilizing data analytics to inform risk mitigation strategies.

Lead enterprise-level strategic initiatives including corporate strategy, M&A, new business development and cross-business alignment. Drive analysis, craft recommendations, support senior leaders with implementation, and identify acquisition, JV, and divestiture opportunities. Partner with stakeholder teams to translate strategies into actionable execution plans and deliver measurable results.
