Ensure budget, schedule, contract compliance, change management, forecasting, vendor oversight, risk mitigation, and financial reporting. Collaborate with development, finance, accounting, and project executives, mentor teams, and implement standardized project control processes and third-party audit practices.

Manage design, pre-construction and construction of Q-Systems security and network projects across multiple campuses. Oversee budgets, schedules, installations, commissioning, vendor and contractor coordination, and ensure compliance with QTS standards and Basis of Design.
