Design and document custom HVAC systems for data centers and commercial clients. Create mechanical drawings, BOMs, and project documentation; support manufacturing and resolve production challenges; drive design improvements and cost optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into engineered solutions.

Design and program electrical control systems for pollution control and dehumidification equipment. Create wiring diagrams, panel layouts, PLC ladder logic, HMI interfaces, bills of materials, and P&IDs. Support sales, manufacturing, service, installation, and testing. Ensure NEC compliance, lead design improvements, and produce release and operation documentation.

Create 3D SolidWorks models, sheet‑metal details, bills of materials, and assembly/instruction documentation. Support manufacturing to resolve design and assembly issues, perform pipe layouts (carbon, stainless, copper), train users on SolidWorks/PDM, and participate in continuous product improvement and special projects. Travel ~10%.

Lead regional sales strategy and a network of manufacturers' representatives to achieve revenue and growth targets. Manage key accounts, negotiate complex agreements, develop forecasts and sales policies, train and coach representatives, collaborate with internal teams, and travel to support business development and customer engagement.

Provide engineered solutions, project management, and technical support for commercial/industrial HVAC and desiccant dehumidification systems. Select equipment using Munters software, prepare cost estimates, define project scope, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure design and fabrication meet customer requirements, and train customers and sales teams.
