Lead and manage plant-wide internal communications across channels (app, newsletter, email, digital signage), create visual assets, and produce/edit photos and videos. Partner with Safety, Production, Leadership and others to deliver timely, consistent messaging, develop communication plans, manage projects, monitor channels, and support two-way feedback. Ensure brand alignment, meet deadlines, and be available to work outside normal hours and travel as needed.

Oversee Quality Engineering in manufacturing, ensuring process quality, supplier management, and continuous improvement while leading teams and strategies to enhance organizational capabilities.
