Leads mortgage product and investor offering development from concept through post-launch stabilization. Owns cross-functional project planning, operational and system onboarding, governance, risk management, testing, launch readiness, and continuous improvement. Coordinates Legal, Credit Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders while ensuring products meet investor, regulatory, liquidity, and salability requirements.
