Support client servicing and account teams by preparing, submitting, and tracking materials through compliance and regulatory review workflows. Maintain version control and documentation, proof materials, coordinate with creative/data/development teams, manage project trackers and client communications, and provide white-glove support. Use AI tools to improve proofing, documentation, and workflow efficiency. Assist with occasional event coordination and travel (1–2 times/year).

Drive territory growth by recruiting physician offices and healthcare locations into digital waiting room and wallboard programs. Perform in-person cold calling (10+ field calls/day), prospecting, pipeline building, onboarding, training office staff, scheduling installations, and using AI tools and Salesforce for efficient routing, personalization, and documentation. Collaborate with Customer Success and attend team events to maintain account satisfaction and meet recruitment targets.

Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, HR recordkeeping, compliance, benefits inquiries, training coordination, and HR event support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Support Account Director in servicing clients and managing event lifecycles including planning, venue/vendor sourcing, logistics, on-site execution, trainings, budget tracking, and post-event reconciliation. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and progress toward independent event management.

Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns using AI tools to drive growth, brand awareness, and engagement. Partner with sales, product, and editorial teams; oversee digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, email); analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns; manage budgets and creative assets; mentor and develop the marketing team; and represent marketing in cross-functional strategic planning.
