Lead a finance operations team to deliver financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering for Menasha Packaging's Services network. Drive budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, cost-savings initiatives, and performance insight for senior operations leaders. Build financial discipline, improve reporting and systems, support cross-functional projects, and develop talent to enable profitable growth and operational efficiency.

Prepare accurate, timely pricing quotations by reviewing project specifications, gathering cross-functional inputs, using estimating software and spreadsheets, ensuring compliance with pricing policies, managing multiple quotes, updating stakeholders on status, and driving performance improvements.

Manage purchasing, warehousing, inventory cycle counting, and production capacity planning to support plant operations. Analyze forecasts, MRP results, and schedules to optimize inventory, lead times, and production flow. Work with vendors and schedulers to level load assets, drive continuous improvement, and ensure schedule and cycle count accuracy.

The Application Engineer Intern will learn the returnable packaging sales cycle, assist in design and estimating, and support the engineering team with customer interactions and project management.

Serve as a trusted HR partner in a manufacturing environment, handling hourly recruitment, employee relations, benefits and payroll support, performance reviews, engagement programs, compliance, and HR administration. Support leaders on workforce planning, lead employee engagement and culture initiatives, and act as backup to the HR Manager while participating in special projects.
