Leads plant engineers and technicians in developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Oversees continuous improvement, equipment selection, capital projects, budgets, safety compliance, production data analysis, root cause investigations, and facility expansions. Collaborates with design, production, and quality teams while ensuring compliance with EPA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations. Supervises staff, manages contractors and vendors, and supports new product introductions and process changes.

Prepares proposal drawings, sketches, working models, and detailed volume and weight estimates for manufactured products. Reviews blueprints, specifications, and proposals; performs engineering assessments; develops CAD data for accurate cost quotations; supports customer inquiries; and coordinates with the Proposal and Advanced Engineering Manager. Requires technical drafting knowledge, practical CAD experience, mathematical reasoning, and the ability to interpret technical documentation.

Manage assigned customer accounts and the full order lifecycle from receipt through delivery. Enter and maintain orders, provide status updates, handle expedite requests, support customers and sales teams, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal facilities. The role requires navigating SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Teams while maintaining strong communication, organization, customer satisfaction, and follow-through in a high-volume office environment.

Manages distribution center operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, production scheduling, procurement, warehouse activities, and WMS performance. Oversees system troubleshooting, process design, testing, implementation, master planning data, purchase requisitions, inventory investments, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with supply chain leadership and supports operating budget, staffing, productivity, safety, service levels, and cost efficiency. The role requires 5%–10% travel.

Supports technology, departmental operations, continuous improvement, and cross-functional business initiatives. Assists with troubleshooting, hardware and software setup, system maintenance, data analysis, reporting, documentation, and training materials. Researches trends, recommends process enhancements, and completes a capstone project presented to leadership. The role is primarily onsite, with occasional hands-on support in sample shop environments and minimal travel.

Designs and improves manufacturing processes, equipment, molds, and plant operations. Optimizes press cycle time, process consistency, scrap reduction, mold changes, and cost effectiveness. Manages process improvement projects, supports new product development, collaborates with operations and technical teams, and promotes safety and employee engagement.

Analyzes financial data, prepares budgets, forecasts, reports, and product cost models, and supports month-end close and account reconciliation. Ensures records comply with corporate policies, GAAP, and applicable laws. Develops KPI tools, identifies financial trends, provides insights to stakeholders and management, strengthens internal controls, and supports finance process improvements. The role is primarily office-based and may require moderate travel between Neenah, Wisconsin, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Process and apply customer cash receipts accurately and promptly across multiple legal entities, currencies, banks, and accounts. Reconcile accounts receivable transactions, investigate and route payment discrepancies, support auditors, answer internal and external questions, maintain process records, and provide backup to the Accounts Receivable Coordinator. This role does not involve making collection calls.

Designs and implements manufacturing processes and equipment (pilot to production), improves extrusion and process control methods, manages plant and process improvement projects, optimizes press cycle time and scrap reduction, collaborates with operations and hourly staff, participates in extrusion design for new products, and leads employee engagement and scrap-reduction activities.

Prepares and analyzes financial reports, budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, product cost models, and KPI analyses. Ensures compliance with GAAP, laws, corporate policies, and internal controls. Supports month-end close, supplier audits, finance process improvement, and management decision-making by presenting insights and recommendations. May direct staffing, training, and performance management for the accounting function.
