Monitor, sustain, troubleshoot, and improve CMP and Backlap semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Manage preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, spare parts, vendor support, equipment installations, documentation, and tool uptime. Analyze SPC issues, resolve failures through systematic root-cause analysis, support production and maintenance teams, and lead continuous quality improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Supports day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HRIS administration, performance management, training coordination, employee records, and HR projects. Partners with production employees and leaders on workplace policies, investigations, corrective action, accommodations, engagement, and workforce communications. Develops and transfers semiconductor process technologies for Power Trench MOSFET and BCD devices. Responsibilities include process and device simulations, experiment design, data analysis, process-module optimization, test-lot support, layout-rule development, test-chip planning, failure analysis, and technology documentation. The role collaborates across process and device engineering teams, mentors junior engineers, reports development progress, and supports quality, safety, yield, and cost initiatives.

Develops, optimizes, characterizes, and documents semiconductor and MEMS fabrication processes for manufacturability and device performance. Designs experiments, analyzes test-lot data, develops process modules, supports initial production transfers, and collaborates on device layouts and test-chip mask sets. Maintains project schedules, communicates development progress to customers, and supports quality, safety, yield, and cost initiatives. The role is on-site and involves exposure to chemicals, high voltages, and high temperatures.

Leads customer-funded semiconductor technology development, qualification, manufacturing transfer, product launch, and production ramp programs. Coordinates cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, operations, and customer teams. Manages schedules, budgets, risks, scope changes, technical milestones, deliverables, executive reporting, and customer communications while supporting proposals, contracts, and commercialization objectives.

Serve as the bridge between finance and IT to optimize and automate O2C, P2P, month-end close, and reporting. Design Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, build Power BI executive dashboards, administer Dynamics 365 F&O and Great Plains, maintain SQL/Python integrations, support ERP implementations and testing, and partner with Finance stakeholders to deliver analytics, process improvements, and SOX-ready documentation.
