Edits and delivers PGA TOUR video content from concept through final delivery, collaborating with producers, directors, and writers. Applies visual storytelling, pacing, audio, graphics, color, and technical standards across platforms. Maintains post-production systems, documents work, monitors schedules, troubleshoots technical issues, and supports evolving broadcast workflows. Requires flexibility for on-call rotations, weekends, holidays, evenings, and nights.

Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and development of ShotLink scoring and tracking applications used across PGA TOUR events. Leads hardware and software product development, backlog management, user research, stakeholder collaboration, vendor relationships, and technology adoption. Serves as the voice of scoring technology users while translating needs into effective digital products. Extensive golf knowledge, consumer digital product experience, and familiarity with cloud architecture and tracking technologies are required. Some travel is expected.

Implements AI-enabled workflows across PGA Tour departments by documenting processes, translating stakeholder needs into requirements, configuring enterprise AI tools, building prototypes, integrating systems, and supporting rollout. The role evaluates platforms, integrations, and vendor solutions; troubleshoots workflows; trains users; maintains documentation; and partners with engineering, data science, cybersecurity, privacy, operations, and vendors to deliver secure, reliable, measurable improvements.

Generates corporate partnership revenue by identifying prospects, managing complex sales opportunities, developing customized sponsorship solutions, and negotiating contracts. Builds executive relationships, maintains sales pipelines, creates proposals and business cases, and collaborates with internal teams across media, events, legal, finance, and sponsor relations. Supports title sponsorships, naming rights, forecasting, partnership transitions, and broader business development strategies.

Manages creative content for PGA Tour players across social and digital channels. Partners with players, agents, and internal teams to identify opportunities, plan tournament-week coverage, shoot and edit video, produce photography and graphics, and distribute assets through player channels. Supports branded and sponsored storytelling, develops content plans, monitors platform trends, and coordinates stakeholders to strengthen player brands and fan engagement.

Develop and ship complex software features and services across competition, statistics, and data delivery platforms. Own ambiguous, multi-month projects; create technical plans, design documents, and architectural recommendations; and balance reliability, cost, security, and delivery speed. Use AI tools and technologies to accelerate development, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot systems, collaborate with product and project teams, and support platform operations.

Manages end-to-end logistics for live remote productions, including vendor, facility, equipment, crew, travel, scheduling, contracts, budgets, and on-site operations. Coordinates with broadcast partners, tournament personnel, vendors, and technical managers to ensure successful production execution. Oversees production documentation, invoices, expense reconciliation, staffing, and cost containment while supporting PGA TOUR broadcasting and international partners. Requires extensive travel and availability for nights and weekends.

Administer Salesforce CRM implementations, including permissions, customizations, integrations, compliance, data migrations, reporting, and user support. Partner with business teams to translate objectives into technical requirements, define KPIs, improve processes, and maintain documentation. Lead CRM onboarding and training while supporting data visualizations that combine Salesforce and enterprise data sources.

Manages marketing strategy and execution for PGA Tour products, including paid media, email campaigns, creative assets, branding, promotional content, and media trafficking. Coordinates with creative, digital, communications, agencies, and event teams to deliver campaigns on schedule and within brand guidelines. Analyzes email performance, communicates revenue results, supports local event collateral, and drives awareness, admissions, and product revenue.

Provide paralegal support for Tournament Players Club operations, PGA TOUR Charities, litigation, and events. Draft and review service, vendor, ticketing, hotel, lease, contractor, sponsorship, and charity agreements. Handle charity registrations and filings, commercial contracts, and daily legal support across business divisions. Complete special projects as assigned.
