Serves as the primary liaison between Pentair’s Pool business stakeholders and technology teams for Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud. Leads requirements gathering, process analysis, solution roadmaps, platform enhancements, Agile delivery, UAT, reporting, training, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement across sales, marketing, service, field operations, and channel partner processes.

Serves as the primary liaison between Salesforce business stakeholders and technology teams. Leads requirements gathering, process analysis, solution roadmaps, workshops, documentation, Agile delivery, UAT, releases, training, adoption, and continuous improvement. Supports Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and channel operations while defining KPIs, improving integrations and data quality, and aligning solutions with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and Salesforce best practices.

Provides technical application engineering support for pump products, including specification review, hydraulic calculations, custom quotations, product sizing, cost estimates, system design, and field troubleshooting. The role supports manufacturing issue resolution, vendor quoting, design improvements, special-order concepts, and pump selection submittals while collaborating with customers, distributors, OEMs, sales, and manufacturing.

Designs and configures custom centrifugal pump quotations based on customer requirements. Reviews rotating equipment specifications, engineering calculations, materials, pricing, system designs, installation needs, and delivery schedules. Provides technical information, supports order processing and product training, and collaborates with sales, engineering, supply teams, engineering firms, and end-users. Requires occasional customer-site travel of up to 10%.

Lead enterprise identity strategy and architecture, design and implement Microsoft identity solutions (Entra ID, AD, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, PAM), drive Zero Trust initiatives, modernize cloud/hybrid identity, mentor identity engineers, oversee lifecycle and access governance, and partner with business and security teams to reduce risk and ensure compliance.

Manage RainSoft accounts across the North Atlantic region: recruit, onboard, and train dealers; execute in-field and in-home sales training; develop distributor relationships; collaborate with Home Depot and internal marketing/product teams; run regional sales meetings and forecasting. Role requires extensive travel (≈26 weeks/year).

Support project managers by validating SAP orders, preparing technical submittals, manuals, test and quality reports, performing calculations, coordinating with product engineering and third-party calculations, and clarifying technical and vendor data to meet customer specifications and schedules.

Lead execution of the Customer Experience transformation roadmap for Water Quality Management. Drive process improvements, SOPs, training, knowledge management, KPI dashboards, and systems adoption (Salesforce, SAP S/4Hana, Power BI). Lead cross-functional initiatives, standardize operations, and deliver measurable customer service and performance improvements.

Lead SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) design, configuration, testing, and support for S/4HANA migrations. Perform fit-gap analysis, develop functional specs and test scripts, drive process improvements, mentor junior staff, and provide production support. Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams; support implementations, UAT, cutover, and ongoing system optimization.

Provide financial analysis and business partnering for Commercial Water Solutions manufacturing. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, support month-end, forecasting, annual planning, and capital project tracking while improving reporting and operational productivity.
