The JMPS Specialist supports the Johnson Matthey Production System by implementing training, coaching teams, and driving continuous performance improvements based on data analysis in a manufacturing environment.

Lead planning and delivery of business and IT-enabled projects, create structured project plans, manage governance (stage gates, RAID, change control), coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, monitor progress, mitigate risks/issues, and report to sponsors to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
