Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst 

Location: Devon PA.

Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future. 

The role: 

  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities for plant cost centres, including headcount and people costs. 

  • Provide timely variance analysis, cost reporting and forecasting insights throughout the month-end close process. 

  • Deliver clear management reporting on production and overhead costs, including Monthly Operating Report submissions. 

  • Partner with plant operations and finance stakeholders to identify trends, risks and opportunities through detailed analysis. 

  • Review production costs, standard cost allocations and cost variances to support improved business performance. 

  • Build strong relationships across operational, commercial and technical teams to support accurate financial reporting. 

  • Maintain and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve visibility into business results.

  • Support cash forecasting and liquidity planning activities through analysis of working capital and operational performance.

  • Prepare complex excel financial reports utilizing high proficiency in Excel and Data analytics.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: 

  • University degree qualification and a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, CIMA or equivalent. 

  • Strong experience in management accounting, cost analysis and financial planning within manufacturing. 

  • Understanding of production costing, variance analysis and financial performance drivers. 

  • Ability to challenge constructively, influence stakeholders and provide actionable business insights. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 

  • Experience within the chemicals, automotive or related industrial sectors would be advantageous.
