Lead climate resilience and adaptation planning for transportation and infrastructure projects. Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments, analyze asset inventories and climate data, develop technical plans and visuals using GIS and traffic/safety tools, manage client coordination, mentor staff, and support proposals and business development.

Lead the East Florida drainage group overseeing design, delivery, budgets, staffing, quality control, and client relationships. Manage project scope, schedules, mentoring, hiring, and section growth while supporting business development and firm processes.
