Maintain and update project financial data in the project management system to ensure billing compliance with contracts and change orders. Code and allocate project costs, manage cost transfers, review and approve invoices for contractual compliance, generate financial reports, support subcontracting and proposal costing, and act as a liaison to project teams and clients for billing and receivables issues.

Perform track and rail design tasks across project phases including calculations, engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical guidance, perform quality control, support client interaction and proposal work, and help plan schedules and deliverables for transit and railroad projects.
