Leads the full lifecycle of complex bridge engineering projects, including proposals, contracts, budgets, schedules, technical delivery, quality control, client relations, and risk management. AutoCAD or MicroStation experience and two years of engineering study are preferred.

The intern may work across structures, highways, project management/project controls, or construction services. This role is intended for a student enrolled in an accredited post-secondary engineering program and requires basic engineering, geometric, algebraic, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.

Coordinates and develops proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and pursuit materials for engineering teams. Writes and edits content for clarity, compliance, and messaging; supports win strategies, client meetings, and pursuit strategy sessions.
