Provide technical project controls support including scheduling, cost estimating, cost control, risk management, document control, and PMIS administration. Prepare and analyze financial data, forecasts, budgets, and reconciliations to support leadership decisions. Create reports, perform GL account reconciliations, journal entries, and research transactions. Support NC Turnpike Authority accounting, learn and use SAP, Integrity, HNTB reporting tools, and banking systems, and assist with audits and ad hoc financial planning.

Prepare and analyze financial data, perform general ledger reconciliations, produce reports and forecasts, support monthly/annual planning and audits, develop charts and presentations, and learn systems (SAP, Integrity) to support NC Turnpike Authority financial operations.

Provide broad administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, reception duties, mail distribution, filing, report preparation, expense and invoice processing, inventory and facilities coordination, new-hire orientation, and other office tasks as assigned.
