Leads traffic engineering projects from proposal development and contract negotiation through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction. Serves as primary client liaison, guides technical teams, mentors staff, supports recruitment and business development, and performs traffic studies, signal and ITS engineering, modeling, and operational strategy work. The role also grows client relationships and expands HNTB’s regional traffic engineering practice across Northern New England.
