Provide personalized tax planning advice to financial advisory members, review tax situations, recommend strategies, answer tax questions, research tax issues, create withholding recommendations, and educate internal teams. The role focuses on Roth conversions, charitable giving, rental properties, business planning, equity compensation, and individual tax law while coordinating with financial planners and planning leadership.

Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and agencies while influencing creative strategy, presenting design decisions, and ensuring cohesive, accessible, high-quality brand experiences.

Own the end-to-end design of Facet’s internal web tools, leading research, information architecture, workflow design, UI, prototyping, and production delivery. Redesign legacy systems into scalable, intuitive workspaces for financial planners, sales teams, and operations staff. Partner with Product Management and Engineering to improve complex workflows, increase planner capacity, reduce onboarding friction, enable automation adoption, and establish reusable design-system patterns.

Manage and execute daily trading operations, including rebalancing, model adjustments, tax-loss harvesting, reconciliations, cost basis updates, and money movement. Resolve complex trading issues, improve workflows, test software enhancements, collaborate with planners, custodians, and technology teams, maintain procedures, support onboarding, and lead operational projects. The role requires trading operations experience, knowledge of securities regulations and IRA rules, and proficiency with rebalancing systems and Excel.

As a Lead Financial Planner, you will guide members aged 55+ through retirement planning, manage relationships, and conduct strategy sessions. You will focus on financial life coaching, cash flow management, and complex planning issues while leveraging a supportive tech platform.

Lead and scale the Planning Leadership Team as deputy to the VP, manage capacity and performance across a large planner workforce, coach managers, drive adoption of technology and AI, ensure consistent high-quality member experiences and metric delivery, and translate strategy into organizational action during rapid growth and change.

As a Financial Planner, you will provide comprehensive planning support, evaluate member needs, and coordinate solutions in the absence of Senior Planners. You'll assist members, manage client relationships, and utilize in-house technology to enhance the planning process.

Provide end-user and platform support while operating at the intersection of IT operations and security. Automate identity and access lifecycles, monitor and triage security events, translate threat intelligence into configurations, manage endpoint software deployment and patching, and proactively monitor system and SaaS performance. Partner cross-functionally to improve tooling, change management, and vendor relationships.
