Manage and expand strategic construction and infrastructure accounts, driving multi-project adoption of EarthCam solutions. Develop account plans, identify expansion opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, guide complex solution sales, maintain CRM forecasting, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Lead and scale EarthCam’s sales organization to own revenue, forecasting, pipeline health, hiring, coaching, and cross-functional execution. Drive new customer acquisition, expand existing accounts, build scalable sales processes, and present performance and strategy to executive leadership to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

The Customer Success Specialist will manage customer accounts, drive satisfaction, ensure product adoption, and handle inquiries while maintaining accurate records and supporting renewals.

Own and drive the e-commerce platform: prioritize and direct site updates, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage development roadmaps, optimize conversion funnels via analytics and A/B testing, and oversee backend integrations (order management, ERPs, billing) to deliver B2B and consumer digital purchasing experiences.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for camera-based and IP video systems, performing advanced troubleshooting, network diagnostics (IP/DNS/DHCP/TCP-IP/routing/switching), log analysis, escalation ownership, cross-team collaboration, documentation, system monitoring, and participation in testing and rollouts to maintain reliability and customer success.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic construction and infrastructure accounts by developing account-level business plans, identifying multi-site expansion opportunities, driving adoption of documentation, visual intelligence, and security solutions, collaborating with sales teams, engaging preconstruction stakeholders, and meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Lead sales enablement and Sales Administration teams to design onboarding, training, CRM/process adoption, pipeline governance, reporting, and scalable sales support workflows. Drive cross-functional coordination to improve sales execution, proposal support, and operational efficiency.
