Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, reports, dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for refined-products marketing operations. Transform and analyze data, apply AI-driven models to identify trends and optimization opportunities, evaluate contract and deal performance, and support portfolio recommendations. Coordinate enhancement projects, optimize customer-support processes and tools, troubleshoot systems, and present insights to management and stakeholders.

Supports refinery operations by identifying and reducing process safety risks. Leads risk assessments, HAZOPs, LOPAs, MOCs, PSSRs, hazard evaluations, consequence modeling, incident investigations, compliance audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with operations, leadership, and technical experts to ensure OSHA PSM and EPA RMP compliance, improve operational reliability, strengthen safety culture, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
